Use Less & Get Rich

10 (practical) things you could use less to Get Rich:

Use less bottled water
Paying more doesnt make the water cleaner. Tap water is equally clean and usually held to higher standards.

Use less gourmet coffee
Do you really need a 4$ coffee every morning? Brew it at home or work.

Use less peaktime cell phone minutes
For long conversations, talk offpeak hours or on weekends. For shorter conversations, switch to IM or eMails instead.

Use less club/gym memberships
How many times do you go to the gym? Use public tennis courts or jog on the street.

Use less high octane fuel
Your car probably doesnt even need the high octane fuel. Switch to regular.

Use less movie theaters
For 2 people, the average cost for a movie outing is about $30. Renting costs less than $5.

Use less new books
Buy used books or use the library instead.

Use less sit-down restaurants
Delivery or take out is cheaper. For delivery, give less tip than full service. For take out, no tip is warranted.

Use less premium TV channels
On an average a working person watches about 2 hours of TV daily. Do you really need HBO and Cinemax and Starz and the others? Keep the one you watch the most and get rid of the rest.

Use less credit cards
Statistically you will spend less if you use cash.
